The Wisby is a warm and durable mitten knitted in a worsted weight yarn.. The pattern is easy to memorize with its repetitive character, beautiful to give or wear.
Techniques to learn or practice:
Latvian braid, corrugated ribbing, two color stranded knitting, magic loop.
Materials:
Kathryn suggests Berocco Ultra Alpaca worsted for this project- a yarn that is, warm, soft and excellent for color working. 1 skein each MC + CC
Level: Some basic knitting experience (and lots of enthusiasm!)
